Our Most Recent News ( Updated April 15, 2008) Dear Friends and Co-laborers,
Thank you so much for praying! The two nights of Easter services in March were powerful! People were touched, healed and filled with the Spirit.
The first night Ruth Kerr and I ministered on grace and glory, afterward the leaders came forward to receive a fresh anointing of God’s glory to impact their churches. The second night Ron taught on healing with personal testimonies of God’s healing on his own life and many came forward for prayer. Later on in service, they verified having received their healing. PTL! The second message was on walking in faith to heal the sick and many came forward to receive the baptism of the Spirit. One lady testified to having waited for 18 years to receive the gift of praying in tongues. She received quickly once she realized it came by faith, just like all the good gifts from God.
The mission trip to the Amazon and Orosa Rivers went well. The Word Seminar was attended by people from eight villages, 51 people in all. There were 18 adults who accepted Jesus as their Savior and 15 were baptized in water. The first level of 24 students received the baptism of the Spirit and those with pain and sickness went home touched by God. Many testified of headaches and body aches disappearing after prayer. God is faithful to follow with signs and wonders the teaching of the Word.
Misiones un Mundo classes began on March 17th. Our daughter, Anna, and Erin Leaver have five mission students in training. They have classes three days a week and begin with vibrant prayer each of those days. They are off to a good start! We will help teach different courses throughout the year as well.
We leave Iquitos in two days to go to Lima. We have passports and paperwork to do before we fly to the US on April 9th. We are excited to see many of you in our travels. If you need to contact us while in the US, our cell phone will be: 763-227-0034 after April 10th.
